The party dip to rule all party dips! I originally posted this back in October 2023, and it has remained one of my absolute FAVES to this day. I receive comments on the regular about how much YOU all love this too! It’s such an easy appy to throw together and it’s such a crowd-pleaser.

This original will always be my favourite, but I just posted an updated version of this one for Episode 2 of ‘OH SHIT’ - a mini series featuring easy, last minute holiday appetizers and wine pairings! I paired the original with the amazing Tomato Wheels Lambrusco, and this new version with the Clover Hill Tasmanian Sparkling Rosé. Both are great in their own way - there’s really no better charcuterie pairing than sparkling wine in my opinion!

The Original Recipe

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Fig spread

  • 1 package of Garlic and Fine Herb Boursin

  • ¼ cup Spicy olive tapenade (chopped up marinated Kalamata olives and chili peppers)

  • 1-2 tbsp honey

  • ¼ cup chopped prosciutto

  • ¼ cup chopped Genoa salami

  • ¼ cup Asiago cheese, grated

  • ¼ sliced green olives

Artichoke dip
  • ½ cup softened cream cheese

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • ¼ cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts

  • 2-3 tbsp artichoke heart brine

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients for the artichoke dip in a small to medium bowl.

  2. Grab your favourite dip dish and start layering your charcuterie fixings. Start with the artichoke dip and keep adding each layer of ingredients one by one. NOTE: You can switch up the ingredients for your favourites!

  3. Serve with your favourite crackers and a glass of dry Lambruco!
