Asparagus Goat Cheese Flatbread & Sauvignon Blanc

An easy dinner or appetizer that is perfect for Spring with it's fresh flavours and seasonal veggies! The Pillsbury pizza crust makes this as easy as can be. Feel free to switch out some of the toppings for what you have available in the fridge, but if you're using Asparagus you HAVE to pair this with Sauvignon Blanc!
Ingredients
Goat cheese base
1/2 cup fresh goat cheese
1/4 cup 14% sour cream
1/4 cup fresh basil and chives, chopped
2 cloves garlic, pressed
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Pizza
2 cups asparagus, cut into 2-3 inch pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
2-3 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, sliced into halves or quarters
1/2 cup pea shoots or other microgreens
2 tbsp olive oil to drizzle
