A gooey cheese-filled bread bowl I will dream about for weeks! As the weather cools down and we transition from Summer to Fall, there’s no better pairing than this comforting masterpiece. There are a lot of variations of Broccoli Cheddar Dip out there, some with a sour cream, mayo, or a cream cheese base (and don’t get me wrong, those are delish), but by making this one in the same way that I would make fondue, queso, or beer cheese dip, it basically became a bread bowl full of melty gooey cheese. And who doesn’t want that?
What to Pair
It has a lovely balance of freshness and creaminess. In other words - the perfect shoulder season wine.
