Dill Pickle Recipe Roundup
All the pickly things and what to pair with them.
PICKLE LOVERS UNITE!! But for real, pickles are the best. And super fun that they pair extra well with wine! So good, in fact, that they actually taste good IN wine. Somehow.
I’ve been loving adding frozen produce to my Sauvignon Blanc, so of course I had to try it with frozen pickles. I thought it would be fun, and I did NOT expect it to be so damn delicious.
And as I sipped my oddly wonderful creation, I thought, this would be SO GOOD with pickle dip. Luckily, I have a lot of them on here (plus other pickly apps and snacks), so I put together a little roundup for you.
PS. Here are my top 3 dill pickle wine pairings:
Sauvignon Blanc, Grüner Veltliner, Vermentino (crisp herbaceous whites in general!)
Prosecco or Cavaaa (fresh + young bubs)
Rosé!! Best = from Provence
