Spicy Dirty Martini Pizza & Spicy Extra Dirty Martini
It’s spicy, boozy, messy, and comes with a cheese-stuffed martini. Let’s get dirty.
Remember my OG Dirty Martini Pizza post? Yeah, well - she’s back. And she’s spicy. The original recipe (and the reel) led to more DMs than anything I’ve ever posted. So naturally, I had to make a sequel! And trust me when I say, you are welcome.
We're talking dirty martini-infused pizza sauce, spicy Calabrian peppers, spicy blue cheese-stuffed olives, a hot honey drizzle (to make it SWICY), and of course, crumbled SPICY salt & vinegar chips to finish it off. Add a perfectly spiced, extra dirty martini? I don’t think it gets much better than this.
I drank two of these martinis, crushed the whole pizza, and honestly probably could have crushed a second. Whether you’re in your olive girl era or have been dying to text your friends saying “IT’S TINI TIME”, you’re in for a treat!
Here’s the OG dirty martini pizza video, in case you missed it!
Spicy Extra Dirty Gin Martini 🍸
It’s TINI TIME, and this one should be illegal.
Ingredients
Hot Honey Gorgonzola
2 tbsp gorgonzola cheese
1 tsp honey
1 dash hot sauce
For the martini
2 oz dry gin
½ oz dry vermouth
½ oz olive brine
½ tsp hot sauce (I used Melinda’s Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce)
2 tsp hot honey gorgonzola
For the garnish
3 large pitted marinated green olives (stuffed with hot honey gorgonzola)
2 oil-packed Calabrian chilis
Calabrian chili oil drizzle
Instructions
Mash together gorgonzola, honey, and hot sauce to make the hot honey gorgonzola. Set aside 1–2 tsp for the martini, and pipe the rest into your olives.
Add gin, vermouth, olive brine, hot sauce, and 1–2 tsp of hot honey gorgonzola to a shaker with ice.
Shake really well - you want that cheese fully blended.
Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
Drizzle with Calabrian chili oil (or your chili oil of choice)
Skewer olives and chilis on a cocktail pick and place in or across the glass.
Enjoy immediately! And then make yourself a second one to go with the pizza.
Spicy Dirty Martini Pizza
If you love olives, this is your moment. She’s salty. She’s dirty. She’s a lil bit spicy. And she’s freaking delicious.
Servings: Makes two 10-inch (personal) pizzas
Ingredients
For the Dirty Martini Sauce:
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp flour
¼ cup 10% cream (or whole milk)
½ cup freshly grated parm
2 tbsp dry vermouth
2 tbsp dry gin
1 tbsp olive brine
Optional: ½ cup gorgonzola or other blue cheese
For the pizza
2 balls sourdough pizza dough (I used Alexandra Cooks’ recipe)
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
½ cup sliced green olives
¼ cup chopped Calabrian peppers
1 cup spicy salt & vinegar chips (crush 1/2 over each pizza)
Drizzle of hot honey (don’t hold back!)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 500°F.
In a saucepan, melt butter. Add flour and cook 1–2 minutes.
Stir in cream, parmesan, vermouth, gin, and olive brine. Add gorgonzola if using. Stir until melted and smooth.
Stretch pizza dough and spread with the dirty martini sauce.
Add mozzarella, olives, blue cheese, and Calabrian peppers, then top it off with another sprinkle of mozza.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Top with crushed spicy salt and vinegar chips and a hefty drizzle of hot honey, and enjoy immediately with your spicy dirty martini!
Notes
You can use any dough, it doesn’t have to be sourdough! But I thought the sourdough flavour would take the dirty vibes to the next level. And I was right.
You can use any blue cheese, but I like Gorgonzola for the creamy texture. And it’s not so intense that it takes over every other flavour.
If you don’t have Calabrian chilis, you can use chili crisp or garlic chili paste instead of chopped Calabrian peppers.
If you don’t have hot honey, just do what I did and mix a few dashes of hot sauce in with some honey. Easy peasy.
ENJOY! And as always, let me know what you think!
