What to Pair

A rosé from Provence is a fantastic pairing option for these tasty little bites. The bright fruit flavours will balance out the salty/umami flavours, and since both are nice and light, neither will overpower the other! I paired this one with Post Malone’s Maison no.9 Rosé in honour of his first country album (which I absolute LOVE). Celebrity wine’s can be hit or miss, but I absolutely love this one!
